Water-based printing inks bonded on fabric surfaces after they are cured at high temperatures. Basically, printing inks are formulated by many chemicals that have different structures. In production, because of the long stirring time, lots of air bubbles are kept in products and this situation causes unwanted printing performance. For conventional types of production, mineral oil is used as a defoamer to solve bubble problems.
Silicone-based PACONE series products are specially formulated for increasing water-based printing ink performance. By high defoamer and aerator performance, PACONE series products prevent problems that occur in production. Except that features PACONE series defoamers increase working performance by improving working time.
