- Adhesives & Sealants: We can offer one part or two parts and room temperature, heat or UV cure silicone, epoxy, or acrylic products depending on process requirements for bonding, assemble or sealing in electronic applications.
- Encapsulants & Potting Materials: Encapsulants and potting materials are preferred for protecting power supplies, electric motors, transformers, and printed circuit boards from external factors such as moisture or other possibly harmful contaminants.
- Optical Applications:These materials offer solutions for display bonding, optoelectronics, optics, and fiber optics applications. For optical bonding, optically clear and low shrinkage products can be offered.
- Thermal Management Materials: Increasingly small systems and circuit densities are causing hotter operating temperatures. We are offering thermally conductive gap fillers, greases, adhesives, and potting compounds.
